About the role

  • Assistant Account Manager supporting the European Account Management team in data maintenance and business operations. Contributing to customer engagement and CRM accuracy at Boats Group.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, clean, and update customer data in our CRM tools (Salesforce, etc)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Support content quality checks on Boats Group listings
  • Assist account managers with reporting, tracking, and account follow-ups
  • Help monitor customer engagement and performance
  • Update prospecting lists and support basic market research
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and data quality

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum); additional languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working with data and interested in business operations (CRM systems, etc)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle structured or repetitive tasks with rigor
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
