About the role

  • Payroll Specialist handling payroll for multiple clients using Paycor HRIS. Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and delivering exceptional client support.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients using Paycor.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional client support and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients as the role expands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience; Paycor experience required.
  • Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in payroll software, Paycor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
