Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients using Paycor.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
Provide exceptional client support and respond to payroll inquiries.
Assist with onboarding new clients as the role expands.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience; Paycor experience required.
Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in payroll software, Paycor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
