Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Report results and align sales activities with leadership
Actively prospect new clients — map companies aligned with the company's defined strategy
Execute commercial activities and register them in the provided tools, ensuring weekly updates
Encourage in-person or online meetings for presentations, documenting meeting minutes
Gather all information necessary for corporate insurance quotations, understand client needs, and report to the technical underwriting team
Present quotations and conduct commercial negotiations
Act as the company's primary contact for clients/prospects, ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining ongoing relationships, and keeping internal management tools updated
Update and manage records and information in the company's provided systems
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
Technical knowledge of non-life insurance lines (property & casualty)
Negotiation techniques
Familiarity with Quiver (desirable)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
