Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
Report results and align action plans with leadership
Actively prospect new clients – map companies according to the company’s defined strategy
Perform commercial activities and record them in the provided tools, keeping weekly updates
Encourage in-person visits or online meetings for presentations, recording minutes
Gather all necessary information for corporate insurance quotations, understand clients’ needs and report to the technical underwriting team
Present quotes and conduct commercial negotiations
Act as the company’s focal point with the client/prospect, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing relationships, with internal updates in management tools
Update and manage records and information in the systems provided by the company
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Word; intermediate Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
