  • Ensure stores meet productivity and compliance goals.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with retail management to review promotions before release.
  • Support local geography requests and provide training.
  • Manage promotional dashboards daily.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, retail operations, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in Retail iQ report functions.
  • Familiarity with NARS reporting tools and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of MDM system functions.
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to see and perceive color accurately.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
