Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all HSE aspects of end‑to‑end logistics operations
- Support managers in building a positive HSE culture in line with the Behaviour‑Based‑Safety program
- Ensure contractual integration and evaluation of HSE requirements for logistics service providers
- Coordinate with Country HSE teams and develop proactive monitoring of contractor performance
- Conduct audits and support investigations of HSE incidents and Life‑Saving‑Rules breaches
- Engage with customers and authorities on logistics‑related HSE topics and prepare relevant reports
- Represent the logistics function in corporate HSE committees and external industry working groups
Requirements
- Completed qualification in Health and Safety, Environment or a technical field, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HSE experience in an ISO‑certified environment with logistics involvement
- Experience as Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and strong knowledge of ADR and similar regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good English skills and a structured, organized approach even under time pressure
- Experience in multinational and cross‑border environments is an advantage
