Responsibilities
Support Content Syndication: Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers.
Ensure Content Accuracy: Monitor and verify that all updates are live and accurate across retailer websites.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers.
Become a Platform Pro: Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing training and development, including Acosta’s required learning programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and web-based tools.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Bonus: Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required.
