About the role

  • IT Infrastructure Analyst managing support requests (remote or in-person) and ensuring service quality at CCEE. Collaborating with internal users and maintaining technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling internal and external first- and second-level (on-site or remote) support requests for desktops, telephony and connectivity, contributing to meeting quality indicators and SLAs;
  • Track assets and their usage (inventory/productivity) of software and hardware (desktops, printers and telephony) by entering data into the company’s current system;
  • Manage access profiles and communication groups using software, processes and procedures on CCEE's internal platforms;
  • Resolve incidents and problems of low to high complexity related to end-user computing components;
  • Help produce and apply technical documentation for installation and configuration procedures for end-user hardware and software, and maintain cabling infrastructure;
  • Define and approve end-user hardware and software by evaluating and testing alignment with business needs, security and licensing requirements;
  • Provide specialized support services for events and Energy Auctions, assisting the business area in delivering services to CCEE and the market;
  • Approve and apply security patches and compliance practices for end-user assets, conducting impact studies and assessing alignment with CCEE needs;
  • Keep the end-user computing estate up to date and compliant with company security policies through automatic software distribution via the current system;
  • Develop configuration techniques for assets to ensure maximum security in the use of end-user computing resources, preventing data loss or service failures;
  • Interact with Agents during the VPN communication activation process, providing technical support to help establish the service and convey confidence and expertise to the client;
  • Analyze and identify root causes of configuration, usage and compatibility issues of hardware and software on workstations and technology services;
  • Patch management for workstations using WSUS administration;
  • Vulnerability management using Tenable;
  • Automations using PowerShell and Python;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in: Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering;
  • Communication, negotiation, creativity, teamwork, dynamism and flexibility complete the profile for this role;
  • Experience administering Office 365
  • GPO administration for users and workstations
  • Advantageous: knowledge of Power Automate;
  • Advantageous: knowledge of Power Virtual Agent;
  • Scripting development for Microsoft tools.
