About the role

Responsibilities
- Further development of the existing product portfolio and design of new, innovative product solutions in the field of rainwater treatment
- Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, master data maintenance, product launches and product discontinuation
- Development of product marketing strategies and sales promotion measures
- Definition of pricing strategies and monitoring of product margins within the business unit
- Continuous market monitoring to identify competitive product features and exploit opportunities
- Close collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering teams to achieve product objectives
- Conducting product training for sales staff and customers
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, environmental engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study
- Alternatively or additionally, several years of professional experience in product management, preferably in environmental technology, wastewater or rainwater management
- Confident presence, strong technical competence, excellent presentation and moderation skills, and the ability to structure work effectively
- Strong advisory skills, e.g. strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and customer-focused communication
- Experience with CAD systems (AutoCAD) and SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English
