About the role
- Integrity & Compliance Manager for Arcera ensuring compliance with regional regulations in Turkey. Supporting the deployment and enhancement of the I&C Program and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and enhancement of the I&C Program in Turkey, ensuring alignment with regional and global compliance frameworks.
- Conduct compliance reviews and internal control assessments related to HCP/HCO interactions, engagements, and transfers of value, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, and reporting findings to the Regional Head of Integrity and Compliance – META & Egypt.
- Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business units and functional teams, ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct regular monitoring activities to assess adherence to the I&C Program and internal controls and report findings to Regional Compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, enabling compliant execution of business strategies and initiatives, and internal control improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- University degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ETHICS, IFCA) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry codes (IFPMA, EFPIA, PhRMA) and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
