Responsibilities
Work on prospecting, relationship-building and closing sales of school furniture projects, ensuring achievement of sales targets and strengthening the company's market presence.
Prospect new clients (schools, companies in general).
Conduct external visits to present products and solutions.
Maintain and expand the active client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
Assess clients' technical needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Negotiate prices, lead times and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.
Prepare commercial proposals and follow the sales process through to delivery.
Monitor competitors, market trends and opportunities for expansion.
Update CRM or prepare visit and results reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, after-sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields.
Prior experience in external sales (preferably in the school furniture sector).
Basic ability to read project drawings is a plus.
An active client portfolio in the segment is desirable.
Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling techniques.
Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business).
Valid driver's license (Category B), own car, and availability for travel/external visits.
