Responsibilities
Recibir llamadas de usuarios Entel Chile y atender dudas, consultas sobre su servicio de fibra hogar.
Requirements
Experiencia de 3 meses en soporte tecnico, atc, cross selling, etc por call center.
Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango Intermedio y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión hibrida al 2do mes.
