Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly payroll processing for operational and administrative employees
  • Maintain and manage employee master data and timekeeping data
  • Handle payroll-related matters in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and legal requirements
  • Prepare reports, certificates, and monthly and annual payroll closing tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification in HR or payroll
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally in the construction sector
  • Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Confident use of payroll systems and digital HR tools
