About the role

  • Payroll Specialist responsible for payroll duties and client consultations in construction industry. Managing compliance with payroll tax and social security regulations while fostering team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute payroll processing
  • Advise our clients on payroll tax and social security matters
  • Update employee master data
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls
  • Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and other external partners

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in independent payroll processing, ideally in construction payroll
  • Good understanding of payroll tax and social security regulations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured approach to work
  • Excellent German language skills
