About the role

• ERP Test Manager leading the coordination of testing activities in Microsoft's ERP Transformation program at 3Shape. Ensuring compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all testing activities within our global ERP Transformation program based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Responsible for ensuring that the implemented ERP solution accurately reflects redesigned business processes and supports operational execution across the organization
• Translate the overall ERP Test Strategy into actionable testing plans
• Coordinate testing cycles across functional and technical teams
• Ensure the system is validated against business requirements before deployment
• Collaborate closely with the Computer System Validation (CSV) Auditor to ensure that testing activities support validation requirements
• Work with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure traceability, documentation completeness, and testing evidence necessary for validation and audit readiness;

Requirements

• Strong experience managing ERP testing programs, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other enterprise ERP systems
• Understands how to translate ERP Test Strategy and business transformation objectives into structured test plans and execution cycles
• Has experience validating end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Supply Chain flows
• Is comfortable coordinating testing across multiple modules, integrations, and business domains
• Can manage complex integration testing, including middleware, third-party systems, and external partners (banks, CRM, logistics providers, etc.)
• Has experience overseeing data migration validation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data
• Can define and track test metrics, quality indicators, and defect trends to support decision-making and risk mitigation
• Is capable of coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and Business Process Owners
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills when working with Quality, Compliance, and CSV teams
• Is able to ensure testing documentation, traceability, and evidence support regulatory and audit requirements
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details
• Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Can manage multiple priorities in a large-scale transformation program
• Encourages collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within QA and project teams;
