About the role
- Responsable Développement Promotion transforming land opportunities into sustainable real estate projects within Nouvelle Aquitaine and Occitanie. Driving urban regeneration and innovative living spaces creation.
Responsibilities
- Identify land opportunities and convert them into profitable, sustainable real estate projects.
- Contribute to urban regeneration and the creation of innovative living environments.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key market stakeholders (local authorities, land developers, property developers, investors).
- Identify and qualify plots or buildings for redevelopment through networks, local authorities, notaries, and agencies.
- Assess technical, legal, financial, and planning constraints.
- Prepare financial assessments, negotiate acquisition terms, and prepare dossiers for approval.
- Define project positioning, manage studies, and coordinate partners.
- Ensure handover to program, technical and commercial teams through planning permission submission, signing of preliminary agreements, and the processing of administrative approvals.
- Identify and cultivate a network of business referrers and institutional partners.
- Monitor KPIs and report to management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering in construction, real estate, business, architecture, urban planning, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years — structuring and management of mixed-use real estate projects
- Knowledge of local real estate market players and dynamics
- Knowledge of real estate deal structuring and developer financial models
- Strong command of site diagnostics, financing, and regulatory standards
- Technical management and reporting
- Feasibility and profitability analysis
