About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate lease management activities for a portfolio of commercial assets
- Manage and supervise a team of property managers and/or lease administrators
- Ensure proper execution and enforcement of commercial leases
- Oversee invoicing, service charge accounting, rent collection and financial reconciliations
- Analyze the portfolio's financial performance and recommend optimization measures
- Control the allocation of service charges and the management of maintenance/works
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of real estate law, commercial lease law and property accounting
- Strong skills in team management, financial oversight and activity reporting
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Altaix, EVEN…)
- Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in real estate, law, management or finance (e.g., Master in Real Estate Law, ICH, ESPI, etc.)
- Proven experience (minimum 5 to 10 years) in managing commercial real estate assets
- Solid knowledge of budget management, litigation and, if possible, co-ownership/strata management
