About the role
- Energy Manager at Nhood managing energy performance for clients across France and abroad. Responsibilities include energy optimization and maintenance coordination with strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the energy performance of our clients' assets using our partner platform
- Contribute to a strategic partnership for Nhood by coordinating with the partner's teams
- Contribute to the resource center: structuring methodologies and tools
- Structure and deploy the AMO Energy service offering for new clients
- Manage the energy performance of assets: monitor energy and water consumption
- Reporting and KPI tracking
- Develop and maintain an Optimization Roadmap prioritizing high-ROI actions
- Produce monthly performance reports and action follow-up reports
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in energy performance and/or technical building management (engineering school or specialized master's)
- Significant initial experience in energy management, building services engineering (HVAC/electrical), and/or integration of BMS (GTB) and energy meters
- Knowledge of major energy frameworks (ISO 16247, IPMVP, ISO 50001) and commissioning and M&V methods
- Knowledge of French and European ESG regulations and environmental certifications
- Deep technical knowledge of building technical systems (HVAC, power systems, low-voltage/data systems, BMS) and building IT networks (IoT, Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
- Comfortable working with data (Excel)
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
