Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships for IT professional services
Assist corporate procurement in the negotiation of contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with IT service providers
Monitor vendor performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs while increasing value
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the IT Labor Strategy
Facilitate communication between vendors, IT teams, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
Seven (7) years of experience in IT vendor management, with at least 3 years focused on IT professional services
Proven track record in managing large, complex IT service contracts
MBA degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), or similar
Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or similar tools used in vendor management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
