About the role

  • IT Helpdesk Supporter providing support for hardware and software to users in Germany. Managing Microsoft 365 administration and ensuring smooth operation through ticket system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational hardware and software support to end users
  • Set up and maintain end-user devices
  • Support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Handle requests in the ticketing system
  • Assist second-level support with complex issues

Requirements

  • Completed IT-related vocational training or relevant professional experience in the IT field
  • Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its included services
  • Initial experience with ManageEngine products is a plus
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty
  • Good German and English language skills
