Responsibilities
Active new client acquisition in the B2B sector via phone, email and in-person outreach (trade shows, networking events, etc.)
Identification, qualification and systematic development of new leads
Development and implementation of sales strategies for our services in the areas of performance marketing, shop and website development, as well as user experience and conversion rate optimization
Preparation and conduct of initial meetings, needs analyses and sales appointments
Creation of tailored proposals based on client requirements
Building, maintaining and advancing a structured sales pipeline
Documentation and follow-up of all sales-related activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
Continuous optimization of outreach, processes and closing rates
Requirements
Proven experience in new customer acquisition via cold outreach in the B2B environment
Experience selling agency, marketing or digital services
Strong understanding of sales strategies for consultative/complex services
Good knowledge in several of the following areas: performance marketing, marketing strategy, shop and website development, user experience, conversion rate optimization
Experience preparing proposals and actively closing deals
Confident manner on the phone and in video calls
Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
Experience with AI tools is a plus
