Responsibilities
Hands-on-keys media buying across digital platforms, like Meta, Google, and OTT to optimize creative, audience segmentation and targeting, and spend efficiency.
Build and optimize campaigns that improve CAC, AOV, and market-level growth.
Test creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and new channel types.
Experiment with non-digital tactics: OOH, direct mail, local partnerships, community activations, and grassroots programs.
Bring creative ideas to life using AI tools (copy, visuals, animations), while staying on brand.
Support SEO initiatives by optimizing on-site content, local listings, and organic visibility in each market we serve.
Own our organic social presence: planning, drafting, and posting engaging content that grows brand affinity and awareness.
Identify and execute local growth hacks: partnerships, influencers, referral loops, and community collaborations.
Surface new ideas that help us grow faster, retain better, convert higher, or be even more efficient with our budget.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iteration. Speed > perfection.
Build and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Iterable to increase frequency, retention, order value, and customer lifetime value.
Partner with Product & Engineering to concept, test, launch, and optimize subscription and membership programs driving customer lifetime value.
Analyze customer segments and behaviors to improve activations, onboarding, cadence, and retention flows.
Create dashboards and reporting tools that visualize real-time performance and highlight key learnings and opportunities.
Build and manage predictive and media mix models for customer acquisition to optimize market-level growth with media spend efficiency.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews to keep a pulse on campaign-level performance that fuel intra-week optimization and broader strategic planning. Translate insights into recommendations and new tests.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in B2C growth or full-funnel marketing roles, owning the execution of campaigns spanning multiple channels.
Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
A true generalist: you can write copy, build digital campaigns, optimize ads, shoot a TikTok, and interpret performance data.
Consumer data fluent.
Comfortable with attribution and event tracking. You understand how tracking works, and can work with tools like GTM, Meta Events Manager, or attribution platforms to diagnose issues and improve measurement.
A “hands on keys” doer who can self-start and execute with speed.
Scrappy and resourceful. You’re energized by figuring things out and running tests quickly.
