About the role

  • Business Development Representative at 1Password driving outbound sales efforts through multi-channel prospecting. Collaborating with teams to enhance business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple Account Executive/Managers to strategically prospect into new accounts.
  • Deepen understanding of the product and its use cases through onboarding.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
  • Strong sense of curiosity to identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented approach with proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to interpret and adapt to changing conditions, quickly adjusting to ambiguity.
  • Proficient using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
