You’ll work closely with our recruiters and support us in our day-to-day recruiting activities.
You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
You’ll help create new job postings and keep our current listings up to date.
You’ll be actively involved in sourcing projects and learn how to approach talents across various professions and industries using different recruiting platforms.
You’ll participate in structured interviews and be involved in all phases of our recruiting processes – we want you to grow with us.
You’ll independently create presentations, reports, and conduct research on current recruiting topics.
After successful onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity – if desired – to take full responsibility for entire recruiting and hiring processes.
Requirements
You’re currently studying economics, humanities, or business administration with a focus on human resources.
You’re available to support us as a working student for at least one year (two semesters).
You can regularly work at least 15 hours per week, ideally 20 hours per week.
You’re curious about recruiting, talent acquisition, and current trends in the field – and eager to learn more.
Ideally, you already have initial experience through internships or working student roles in recruiting or active sourcing – preferably in IT, agency, or digital environments.
You’re open-minded, proactive, and know how to prioritize tasks thanks to your independent and conscientious working style.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both German and English. German language skills are mandatory.
