About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst for Inspira managing selection processes and enhancing candidate experience. Collaborating with HR leaders for efficient hiring of operational and strategic roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning the candidate profile with the hiring manager to the final hiring stage;
  • Recruit for operational, administrative, and strategic positions according to the area's needs;
  • Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer assessment tools;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, empathetic communication throughout the process;
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making by presenting profile analyses and cultural fit assessments;
  • Manage and track job openings on the Gupy platform, ensuring up-to-date data and organized processes;
  • Support employer branding activities, job postings, and talent attraction initiatives;
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, hiring quality, among others);
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in Recruitment and Selection processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst (mid-level);
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment with successful hires and/or recruiting for strategic roles;
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Gupy is a plus);
  • Strong communication, adaptability, organization, and ability to prioritize;
  • Training or certification in behavioral assessment tools is a plus (DISC, Quantum).
