About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager role engaging with regional entrepreneurs to enhance visibility in Bonn. Utilizing provided scripts to qualify leads for the sales team remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities

  • You don't just make calls — you open doors.
  • You speak with local business owners and show them how to increase their local visibility.
  • You qualify leads — no small talk. You identify who’s a good fit and schedule meetings for our closers, either in the field or digitally.
  • You work with a system, not on instinct. We provide a proven script (no hard-selling nonsense).
  • You hand over and move on. Easy documentation, transfer to the team — done.

Requirements

  • German: fluent.
  • Sales: experience is a plus, or be ready to get started!
  • You enjoy working with people, can listen, and want to persuade.
  • Tech: of course — you’re comfortable using CRM, a smartphone, and a laptop.
