Responsibilities
- You will support the planning, organization and execution of our events.
- You will coordinate venues, catering and other service providers while maintaining oversight of all details.
- You will take on tasks in event marketing – from communicating with clients, partners and internal stakeholders to assisting with invitations, registrations and feedback.
- During events, you will ensure warm guest reception and smooth operations.
- You will support organizational projects related to events.
- You will contribute ideas to continuously develop our events and help design creative concepts.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Event Management, Marketing, Sports Economics, Communications, Business Administration or a similar field.
- You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- You have strong organizational skills and a good sense for processes, details and time management.
- You work reliably, in a structured manner and with a service-oriented attitude – even when multiple tasks occur simultaneously.
- You are communicative, open and creative, and enjoy bringing people together and creating experiences.
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in event or project management – e.g. through an internship, part-time job or university project.
