About the role
- Workday Integration Consultant at Deloitte enhancing client Workday systems through integration solutions. Collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective integrations across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions
- Develop and configure Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools
- Implement data transformations, mappings, and validations to ensure data flow
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide guidance and support to clients on integration best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Workday Integration Consultant or similar role
- Proficiency in developing and configuring integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration tools
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, such as web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and API integration frameworks
- Experience with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Workday Report Writer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
