- Serve as support for restaurants, franchisees, and their teams, building a solid and reliable partnership;
- Ensure and help maintain the brand's quality and service processes;
- Perform analyses of operational and financial indicators to drive improvements for both franchisees and the network.
Requirements
- Reside in São Paulo;
- Availability to travel (by car and by air);
- Availability for initial training outside the region of residence;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in customer service and sales;
- Proactive, agile, solution-oriented, dynamic, committed, engaged, and possess strong interpersonal skills;
- No specific higher education degree required.
