Responsibilities
Build deep relationships with global customers, providing technical leadership across architectures, solutions, and product introductions.
Lead pre-sales technical support for global projects, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Review and influence global standards, installation documentation, and architectural frameworks.
Provide innovative responses to customer use cases and capture product requirements for roadmap input.
Align global/local RA teams (Sellers, BU, DT) with account-specific standards and technical strategies.
Organize recurring calls with regional teams to promote new product adoption and architectural consistency.
Facilitate structured knowledge transfer between field teams and Product Managers.
Lead internal forums to exchange ideas, share use cases, and inform solution development.
Represent Rockwell Automation in global marketing campaigns, technical showcases, and industry events.
Contribute to messaging strategies that highlight customer success and technical differentiation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

A valid driver's license.
The ability to travel 30% of the time to customers, some international travel may be required.
