Web Analytics & Content Specialist handles Adobe Analytics reports for BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Helping improve user experience through data insights, content management, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Build weekly/monthly dashboards and ad-hoc reports in Adobe Analytics; compile Clarity heatmaps/session insights; surface 3–5 actionable takeaways per cycle.
Monitor key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), set simple benchmarks, and flag anomalies or issues.
Partner with stakeholders to turn findings into recommendations for content and UX; track impact of shipped changes.
Update and add content; investigate and identify errors; help build new web pages.
Write, edit, and proof content (text, photos, videos) across multiple sites.
Collaborate with marketing team members, developers, and operations to draft, review, and publish pages.
Learn and uphold brand, WCAG accessibility, and website standards.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication.
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, charts; pivots a plus) and summarizing data for non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Clarity or similar platforms.
Professionalism, responsibility, initiative; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, dependable; effective both on a team and independently.
Experience with WordPress, Brightspot, or another CMS.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace) and/or Microsoft Clarity.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (optional) and SEO fundamentals.
Exposure to A/B testing/CRO concepts.
Coursework or focus in Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or Data/Business Analytics.
