Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital and media strategy across diverse channels
  • Manage and scale a team of 25+ media experts
  • Oversee media planning and buying strategies across all channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns
  • Drive campaign testing and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 12+ years of marketing or agency experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading media strategy across various channels
  • 7+ years of direct people management and leadership experience
  • Proven success managing media planning and buying efforts
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with audience tools
  • Ability to build compelling business cases for pilot programs
