- Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the success and effectiveness of initiatives.
- Continuously evaluates and enhances operational processes, systems, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in deposit operations, product management, payments, information technology, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of cards, payment systems, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in credit union systems including Meridian Link, Visa DPS, and Symitar.
- Significant system/technical experience desired.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, systems, product development, and project management.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
- Sound understanding of risk management principles and compliance requirements.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
