About the role

  • Quality Manager providing leadership on quality matters across banking platform. Ensuring seamless transition of work packages from development to live environments under Agile practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and leadership on quality matters across the platform
  • Ensure well designed and built work packages transition from development to live environments
  • Produce comprehensive quality strategies and test plans
  • Take accountability for quality across run and change activities
  • Oversee output quality from all testing phases
  • Detect and prioritize defects for resolution

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in functional and non-functional testing
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality standards and best practices
  • Experience in payments and core banking processes
  • Exposure to infrastructure testing and interface validations
  • Experience in UI Path automation or Playwright testing tools
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
