Requirements
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing large, complex operations
- Proven experience leading shared services bringing innovative ideas and achieving strong partner satisfaction
- Degree in relevant field such as business, engineering or technology
- Deep knowledge of shared services processes and methodologies including Lean management techniques and Six Sigma tools
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, financial acumen and relationship building skills
- Bilingualism (French, English) for Quebec involvement
