About the role

Responsibilities
- Support children and young people in a family-like setting
- Develop new perspectives and strengthen individual resources

Requirements
- Completed training as an educator (Erzieher*in) or Heilerziehungspfleger*in (therapeutic special‑needs caregiver) with state recognition, or a completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Special Education with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Open, warm and with a good sense of humour
- Ability to quickly build a good rapport with children
- Able to remain calm and composed, even when children are challenging
- Value teamwork and a positive working atmosphere
