Responsibilities
Support children and young people in a family-like setting

Requirements
Completed training as an educator (Erzieher*in) or Heilerziehungspfleger*in (therapeutic special‑needs caregiver) with state recognition, or a completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Special Education with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
Valid Class B driving licence
Open, warm and with a good sense of humour
Ability to quickly build a good rapport with children
Able to remain calm and composed, even when children are challenging
