Responsibilities
Support operational oversight of departmental functions within the Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO)
Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing exit processes
Assist in reviewing and maintaining vendor contracts and VMR intake forms
Monitor cross-organizational dependencies and update project tracking systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, finance, legal, and operations to support business needs
Support vendor audits, SLA reporting, and other vendor-related service requests
Maintain departmental knowledgebase in Confluence, including SOPs and playbook documentation
Generate regular and ad hoc reports on vendor performance and metrics for management review
Provide support for project prioritization based on KPIs, schedules, and resources
Requirements
2+ years of relevant work experience in operations management for technology-related organizations
Experience in project management and Agile delivery models
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and assess vendor performance to make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Experience collaborating with technology teams, corporate business units, finance, sourcing, and senior leadership
Proficiency in creating documentation, reports, and maintaining vendor records
