About the role

  • Manager leading AdminAdvantage Operations team to deliver quality service in benefits administration. Coordinating client services and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, motivation and support to the operations team
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated requests
  • Identify client needs and develop action plans
  • Coordinate service across global teams
  • Seek out new opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Support financial contribution through effective management of employee productivity

Requirements

  • Experienced leader with a proven track record of attracting talent
  • Successful experience supporting client Service Level Agreements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits and AdminAdvantage is an asset
  • Strong Office 365 skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in both languages required if in Québec
