About the role

  • Plan and manage online programming for Pre- and Post-Aliyah populations
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, communication, and the technical backend of live events
  • Create and maintain the webinar schedule
  • Coordinate presenters, staff, and filming logistics
  • Manage webinar registration, communications, and follow-up emails
  • Run the technical backend during live webinars
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotion and social media outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management (or related field)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong technical proficiency (Zoom, YouTube, Google Suite)
  • Fluent English; Hebrew proficiency preferred
  • Passion for Nefesh B’Nefesh’s mission and the Aliyah process
  • Ability to work 50% during Israel business hours and 50% in evenings according to webinar programming
