Responsibilities
Plan and manage online programming for Pre- and Post-Aliyah populations
Oversee scheduling, logistics, communication, and the technical backend of live events
Create and maintain the webinar schedule
Coordinate presenters, staff, and filming logistics
Manage webinar registration, communications, and follow-up emails
Run the technical backend during live webinars
Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotion and social media outreach
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management (or related field)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong technical proficiency (Zoom, YouTube, Google Suite)
Fluent English; Hebrew proficiency preferred
Passion for Nefesh B’Nefesh’s mission and the Aliyah process
Ability to work 50% during Israel business hours and 50% in evenings according to webinar programming
