About the role
- Oversee U.S. headquarters facility and manage additional manufacturing sites worldwide
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across the network
- Lead fulfillment, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations in high-volume environments
- Implement ERP, WMS, automation, and process optimization initiatives
- Manage and develop multi-site, international teams across time zones and cultures
- Report to COO & Co Founder and collaborate with executive leadership
- Ensure production and fulfillment alignment with global e-commerce platforms and B2C/B2B sales
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations and supply chain leadership, including 5+ years at a senior level managing multi-site and global teams
- Strong background in fulfillment, logistics, procurement, and supply chain management in high-volume environments
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems, WMS, automation, and process optimization
- Ability to lead diverse, international teams across time zones and cultures
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (Hebrew proficiency a plus)
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments
- Full-time and multi-site presence required
