About the role

  • Vice President of Operations responsible for program management and client satisfaction in affordable housing. Leading a team of Directors and Managers across complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction, execution, and impact of our national program management portfolio.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Directors and Managers overseeing complex projects.
  • Champion operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the executive representative for AMA with clients and stakeholders.
  • Define and implement KPIs, success metrics, and accountability structures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business, or related field preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification strongly preferred.
  • Over 15 years of executive leadership experience across startups, growth-stage enterprises, and consulting environments.
  • Recognized for balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
  • Experience with executive and strategic advisor supporting multiple organizations.
  • Extensive experience with full P&L ownership across multiple business units and contracts.
