About the role

  • Secure growth and drive market share globally through strategic and operational sales leadership
  • Lead a global sales team of around 400 people across four regions
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive digital transformation in customer engagement and sales operations
  • Strengthen collaboration across divisions and represent Dormer Pramet in key decision-making forums
  • Ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and KPIs, monitor performance, and refine strategies when needed
  • Play an active role in pricing, product mix, and brand portfolio decisions while advocating sustainability

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales and metal cutting
  • Strong understanding of products and markets
  • Successful track record of leading international sales organizations
  • Ability to drive performance through clear KPIs and strategic pricing decisions
  • Hands-on approach to leadership
  • University degree in engineering or a commercial field
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
