About the role

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners globally, focusing on consulting firms
  • Create and nurture long-term relationships and facilitate joint initiatives like co-marketing
  • Build training and sales enablement programs tailored to partner objectives
  • Drive demand generation through partnerships and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on GTM
  • Expand and lead the partnership team, providing mentorship and professional development
  • Establish KPIs, monitor partnership performance, and provide insights for improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships or strategic alliances within the B2B technology sector
  • Significant experience in the anti-financial crime (AFC) / AML space
  • Extensive experience working with large consulting firms and building relationships
  • Deep understanding of financial crime regulations (e.g., AML, sanctions) and technology solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Track record of exceeding goals and driving business results through partnerships
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with ability to identify market trends and define execution plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Fluent English (speak, read, write)
