Responsibilities
Realizar vendas por telefone ou chat de seguro auto, residencial e vida;
Processo consultivo e focado na detecção de oportunidades de vendas para os leads que entram no site e fazem cotação do produto;
Compreender as necessidades do cliente de forma a oferecer os produtos/serviços que melhor atendam suas expectativas;
Saber gerenciar e contornar as objeções dos leads para finalizar a venda.
Requirements
Ensino médio completo;
Possuir habilidades em atuar no modelo home office;
Ter um espaço adequado para atuar home office (Mesa, cadeira e ambiente sem ruído);
Residir em São Paulo/ Grande São Paulo;
Disponibilidade para atuar presencial em escritório no bairro Vila Olímpia sempre que requerido pela empresa/liderança;
Possuir internet cabeada com mais de 10 MB (Sem utilizar o Wifi);
Habilidade em manusear diversos plataformas de trabalho (Zendesk, WhatsApp, Telefone, chat e Pacote Office);
Experiência com atendimento em vendas.
