About the role

  • Sales Compensation Analyst driving sales results through innovative compensation programs at Guardian. Leveraging data analytics to support internal compensation strategy and design.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently leverage data from multiple sources using advanced tools and techniques including Microsoft Copilot and Excel
  • Use data driven insights to build presentations
  • Actively engage in the design, tracking, analysis, and communication of annual incentive plans
  • Assist in the development, review, and distribution of detailed compensation plan documents
  • Support the annual sales planning process by building workbooks
  • Assist in the data collection and analysis of compensation information for benchmarking Guardian compensation plans
  • Aid in the creative design of new rewards programs
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures
  • Respond to inquiries from our internal distribution customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • A strong analytical background, including the ability to analyze compensation programs and data
  • Identify anomalies and trends, and leverage AI-powered tools and insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot for automating tasks and supporting data analysis
  • Experience in incentive compensation within a sales environment and/or a solid understanding of compensation design is a plus
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions using sound judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
