Sales Compensation Analyst driving sales results through innovative compensation programs at Guardian. Leveraging data analytics to support internal compensation strategy and design.
Responsibilities
Efficiently leverage data from multiple sources using advanced tools and techniques including Microsoft Copilot and Excel
Use data driven insights to build presentations
Actively engage in the design, tracking, analysis, and communication of annual incentive plans
Assist in the development, review, and distribution of detailed compensation plan documents
Support the annual sales planning process by building workbooks
Assist in the data collection and analysis of compensation information for benchmarking Guardian compensation plans
Aid in the creative design of new rewards programs
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures
Respond to inquiries from our internal distribution customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
A strong analytical background, including the ability to analyze compensation programs and data
Identify anomalies and trends, and leverage AI-powered tools and insights
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot for automating tasks and supporting data analysis
Experience in incentive compensation within a sales environment and/or a solid understanding of compensation design is a plus
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to deadlines
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions using sound judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
