About the role
- Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for user research and high-quality interface design. Collaborating with product and technology squads to ensure user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data).
- Map user journeys and personas and identify pain points to inform design decisions.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Develop and maintain the Design System, ensuring consistency of components and tokens.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1) for web and mobile.
- Collaborate with front-end developers (React/Next.js) to enable implementation of designs.
- Validate and iterate on designs based on user feedback and metrics (Core Web Vitals, conversion rate).
- Mentor junior designers and promote UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven UX/UI experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Hands-on experience across all phases of user research and interface design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present results to stakeholders.
- Advanced English (reading and speaking).
