About the role

  • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data).
  • Map user journeys and personas and identify pain points to inform design decisions.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
  • Develop and maintain the Design System, ensuring consistency of components and tokens.
  • Design responsive and accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1) for web and mobile.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers (React/Next.js) to enable implementation of designs.
  • Validate and iterate on designs based on user feedback and metrics (Core Web Vitals, conversion rate).
  • Mentor junior designers and promote UX/UI best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven UX/UI experience, with a strong portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience across all phases of user research and interface design.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present results to stakeholders.
  • Advanced English (reading and speaking).
