Responsibilities
- Generate inspiring and actionable insight to help improve our customers' experiences.
- Work alongside other UX professionals on user-centric product transformation.
- Uncover opportunities to improve understanding of current and prospective users.
- Create simple, intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Copywriters, Researchers, Analysts, Product Owners, Managers, Developers, Testers, and Customer Service Advisers.
- Inform, influence, and support cross-functional teams to generate ideas and highlight opportunities for roadmaps that improve user experience.
Requirements
- Embed user research into the double diamond process working with Research, Design, Analytics and the Product Owners.
- Deliver end to end research including set up, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis and debrief.
- Deliver research workshops with key stakeholders within and across squads.
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies according to the problem statement.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Work in an agile workflow collaborating with stakeholders within delivery squads.
- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools such as User Testing and Contentsquare.
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to designers, copy writers and UX/UI to upskill them to run their own research techniques.
