About the role
- Work in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and other designers.
- Participate in the entire product development cycle: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency through the design system.
- Present and defend design solutions based on data and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer on digital products.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, etc.).
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
