Lead day-to-day delivery of PREDI-Lynch, with a primary focus on the gynaecology trial.
Work closely with Dr Neil Ryan and the experienced multicentre trial delivery team.
Oversee start-up, site activation, recruitment, and data quality across trial sites.
Coordinate stakeholders and manage trial operations, including potential support for other gynaecological cancer trials.
Support and mentor PhD students and junior team members; contribute to training and mentoring activities.
Manage aspects of research finance (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) and contribute to risk management and planning.
Attend occasional UK site visits and periodic meetings with European collaborators.
Requirements
Proven experience managing multicentre clinical trials (ideally oncology/gynaecology) from start-up to close-out, including site activation and recruitment.
Degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate certification/diploma in clinical research/project management (or equivalent experience).
Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, HRA/REC/MHRA processes, EDC systems, and data quality; evidence of ongoing CPD.
Demonstrable project management and leadership skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination), with excellent communication and mentoring (including supporting PhD/clinical trainees).
Financial literacy with experience of research finance systems (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) and evidence of management training.
