About the role

  • Learn how to create quotations using Emerson solutions, products, services and third-party offerings
  • Handle technical and commercial aspects of customer requests
  • Work closely with the field sales team to follow up on quotes and support customer needs
  • Process customer purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide product and application information to internal and external customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with international back offices to ensure smooth order processing
  • Keep sales administration tools up to date
  • Follow Emerson’s policies, including ethics and trade compliance

Requirements

  • Technical diploma at HBO bachelor's or master's level (or strong technical affinity with education in another field)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in learning about sales, engineering, and customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized way
  • Proactive, detail-oriented attitude
  • Some familiarity with technical products or sales processes (preferred)
  • Strong motivation to develop skills in a commercial and technical role (preferred)
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude (preferred)
